3. Do you work on an hourly basis or packages?

Both options are available. You can choose individual hours or a package with a fixed number of hours. This way, you always have a clear overview of the costs.

4. How much does it cost to hire you as a Virtual Assistant?

The rate depends on the work and the number of hours. I offer transparent hourly rates and attractive packages. Feel free to contact me for a free, no-obligation quote.

1. What exactly does a Virtual Assistant do?

A Virtual Assistant (VA) supports entrepreneurs and companies remotely with various tasks, such as administration, communication, planning and online support.

2. What tasks can I use a Virtual Assistant for?

That's a wide range of services! You can hire me for calendar management, email management, customer service, social media, project support, and reporting. Together, we'll determine where you can save the most time.

5. What programs and tools do you use?

I work with the most popular and widely used online tools, such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Trello, Notion, and various social media platforms. Of course, I can also quickly familiarize myself with your preferred systems.

6. How do you guarantee the confidentiality and security of my data?

Trust is paramount. I always handle your data carefully and securely and can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) if desired.

7. Can you also accept unexpected assignments?

Yes, that's definitely possible, depending on my availability. For recurring tasks, it's better to agree on a package.

8. How do you communicate with customers?

We'll coordinate this together. Clients often use email, WhatsApp, or online tools like Teams and Zoom. I'm happy to accommodate your preferences.

9. Do I have to purchase a minimum number of hours?

No, that's not necessary. You can start flexibly with individual hours, but for greater continuity and lower costs, a package is often more advantageous.

10. What are the payment options?

Available payment methods are credit cards, debit cards, iDeal and direct bank transfers.

11. What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel my work until the start date, which I'll inform you of. Please note that with packages, the hours must be used at a different time.

12. What is the payment term?

Payment terms vary depending on whether you choose individual hours or a package. For individual hours, payment is due 14 days after acceptance of the quote, unless there are other agreed upon payment terms. For a package, payment is due 14 days after commencement of work. If payment is not received, work will be immediately suspended and will only resume after payment has been received. If payment is not received even though the quote has been accepted, you will be held personally liable, and in extreme cases, wage garnishment will be considered.

13. Can you also work on location?

This is definitely possible upon consultation! I can work on location in North and South Holland, North Brabant, and Utrecht.

14. What is the refund policy?

Our refund policy makes it easy to return products or cancel services. Refunds are processed quickly via your original payment method within the specified timeframe. Learn more here .
